Our Little Slice of Paradise in the Poconos
Our tasting room in Kresgeville, Pennsylvania

Fun fact: Yelp regards us as #1 out of 1 Things To Do In Kresgeville, so we’re kind of a big deal.
At the winery, we taste and we talk. Often a dialog or tête-à-tête, sometimes a discourse or an oration, and, occasionally, a debate. Not always about wine; maybe the good old days, the Old Country, grandchildren… Understanding an unfamiliar wine is the first step to its appreciation and enjoyment. Take it home and share, we would love that.
Please note that we do not allow limos, buses, vans or other commercial vehicles at any time, for any reason.
Tastings
Tastings are 5 for $10 or 3 for $6. We do traditional tastings at the bar with you, but if you need to be seated to enjoy just let us know.
While wine by the glass or bottle is available chilled, we do our tastings at room temperature. Chilling covers many sins – we want you to taste the full flavor of the wine before you make a decision.
Tastings are always done in a wine glass. That’s glass, not plastic. We would never.
The Antipasteria

Wine pairs best with warm conversation and good food. This philosophy led us to open the Antipasteria at our vineyard. We focus on simple, locally sourced ingredients and answer to the highest authority when it comes to quality : Grandma Millie. “You’re not going to embarass me with bad antipasti,” she commanded.
Enjoy wine by the glass, antipasto plates, toasted bread with olive oil, and our home-made red wine fudge. If you’d like to try your hand and making some of our recipes for both food and drink, you can find them here on our recipes page.
MENU
As respite for the quiet folk, we also offer wine by the glass, cheese platters, and other simple fare.

Antipasto Plate – $12
An assortment of local cheeses made by Goot Essa paired with dried apricots, dates, olives, Grandma Millie’s roasted red peppers, and toasted pecans. These elements have been chosen to play off one another and our wines. Artisan crackers are included to refresh the palette (or to make little cheese sandwiches if you’re one of those kinds of people).

Italian Bread & Olive Oil – $5
Toasted Italian bread topped with gourmet cold-pressed Grecian olive oil infused with sea salt, garlic, onion, and parsley.

Wine Fudge – $3
Fudge made with our Marechal Foch red wine and a hint of vanilla, Portuguese allspice, and pink Himalayan sea salt.

Harvest Moon Sangria – $8
Our Moonlight White with cranberry & mandarin orange.

Tinto de Verona – $8
A dry twist on an old classic- our young, full-bodied dry red Frontenac with tonic water & thin-sliced frozen lime.
